Q. How is it really free?
A. It’s true! My services are always 100% free to clients! Any commission that I make comes directly from the travel supplier but you will not pay anything extra by booking your travel with me. In fact, part of my job is staying up to date on special offers and promotions so I can help ensure that you get the most out of your vacation dollars.
Q. Why do I need a travel agent?
A. An authorized, independent travel advisor (such as myself!) is knowledgeable on many vacation suppliers and destinations. A good travel agent is an indispensable resource and will do all the legwork so you don’t have to! A travel agent will research, create proposals and be your primary point of contact. They are available to answer questions, make reservations and can often provide you with free extras such as packing lists and custom itineraries.
Q. There are a lot of travel agents out there. Why should I book my travel with you specifically?
A. Yes, there are a lot of travel agents out there and you should definitely book your travel with one you trust! In addition to my personal knowledge and the resources I have access to through Unlocking The Magic Travel, my specific value lies in my customer service skills, responsiveness and communication. I have nearly 20 years of professional experience in customer service and project management. I am experienced in providing 24/7 on the spot support and pride myself in always being available to my customers, even on holidays! Q. But you only book Disney vacations, right?
A. While I am absolutely able to help plan your Disney vacations (including Disney cruises and Aulani!), I am also able to book many other destinations! From the National Parks, to Viking River Cruises, to the Caribbean – there is no trip too big or too small!
Q. I’m already a Disney expert and I enjoy making my own reservations, lightning lanes, etc… why would I want to use a travel agent?
A. When you book your vacation through a travel agent you are helping a small business owner without incurring any additional costs! You also are still completely free to manage your vacation however you choose! While I would be happy to help if needed, you maintain complete control of your vacation and can book your own dining, lightning lanes and any other extras. Additionally, I often offer special incentives such as gift cards and thank you gifts to my clients for allowing me to book their travel so why wouldn’t you take advantage?
Q. We’re Marriott loyal travelers. Can you book with points?
A. While I can not book hotel rooms with points, I can absolutely apply your Marriott Bonvoy membership number to bookings so that you can earn points on your travel booked with me!
